Founded in 1985, First Christian Church of Wilton Manors Preschool exists to provide quality care and education in a loving, Christian environment.

Because preschoolers learn through active involvement, we provide a hands on curriculum which involves the children in "discovering", making choices, solving problems, using their creativity- all skills they will build on and use throughout their lives.

We provide a curriculum that addresses the needs of the "whole child": spiritually, intellectually, creatively, socially, emotionally and physically through experiences in: Bible, Math, Science, Language Arts, Music and Movement, Art. This curriculum is designed to develop Kindergarten readiness skills, encourage feelings of confidence and competence as well as stimulate a love for learning.

Each month there are many interesting activities and visitors that enhance our program. Our local children's librarian visits to encourage reading, the Bounce House, Broward Community College's Beuhler Planetarium, a petting farm - these are only a few of the many activities offered throughout the year.

Qualified, committed teachers as well as low student teacher ratios and a variety of learning materials contribute to our quality environment. Our school has been repeatedly awarded the Gold Seal of Excellence; an award given by the Broward County Child Care licensing Bureau for quality.
