Information for parents to register their intent to send their student Rock the Universe
THIS INFORMATION IS FOR THE PLANNING OF THE TRIP AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
We will meet at the church on Thursday evening, September 8th at 5:00 pm for dinner. We will depart for Orlando around 6:00pm arriving in the Orlando area around 10:30ish. We will stay at a local hotel (information will be provided as we get closer to the trip). On Friday, September 9th we will spend the day at either Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure (to be determined) then later in the day head over to Rock the Universe at Universal Studios for concerts. Saturday will be spent in Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure (to be determined) then Rock the Universe for the evening. Sunday morning we will check out of hotel at 11:00 am and return to the church by 5:00 pm. The cost of this event is $300 or $250 (for those who have credit for working fundraisers) and includes all of the above, hotel for 3 nights, breakfast for 3 mornings, lunch (in parks) for 2 days, and dinner (in parks) for 2 days. Students will be responsible for drinks, snacks and lunch on Sunday in addition to any souvenirs. Payments can be made weekly for your convenience. Cash, check, credit/debt cards, and PayPal will be accepted. By registering your student, you understand that the church will prepay for the tickets, and therefore commit to sending your student on the trip. Additionally, if for any reason after you register your student , the student cannot attend due to illness or family emergency, you understand that every effort will be made to “sell” your students tickets.
